Iorras picked up three vital points in their battle to stay in the Super League at home to Glenhest Rovers on Sunday 9th, final score Erris Utd 3 Glenhest Rovers 0.
Erris were ahead going in at the break thanks to Jason Boylan from the penalty spot and Brendan Nallan. In the 76th minute of the second half substitute Jason O’Donnell latched on to a quickly taken free from Jason Boylan to seal the points for Iorras. Erris are away to Castlebar Celtic on the 30th October in their final game, and with Ballyheane losing to Claremorris, both are now on eleven points, it certainly is the final countdown.
